Library trip and Steve Earle show

Monday is the last day of our weekend.  So we made it a point to sleep in.  When we did get up it had already turned into a nice day.  While Liz was getting ready I hauled some straw bales over to my humanure pile and dumped the outhouse bucket.  Then we grabbed some fruit salad for breakfast and headed into the big city of Livingston.

We had planned to check out the library, however when we got there at 11 we found out that it didn't open until noon.  So to kill some time it was off to the thrift store.  While checking out the wares I made use of the restroom facilities.  It was filled with old stuff and several plaques stating "Best Bathroom in Livingston".  After picking out a few trinkets we checked out the bins on the outside.  All the things that they can't sell are given away for free.  So we spent lots of time rummaging through the bins grabbing this and that.  When another rummager gave us directions to the soup kitchen we decided it was time to move on.

By that time the library was open and I signed up for a card.  After an hour or so looking around we checked out a few books and headed back to the farm.

After everyone finished working Liz, Laurie, Billy, and Kelsey all headed into Bozeman for a Steve Earle concert.  Liz helped at the MAC (Montana Abolition Coalition) table before the show.

While they were gone Sara made some stir fry for us to eat.  We finished dinner early and each walked two dogs.  Then it was off to bed before the next round of rainstorms.
